Mosa Green Pot Filling Machine
An electro-pneumatic machine for filling plastic pots, both round and square, complete with a single-column pot dispenser featuring a rotating head for 4 operations: auger (including a full set of 7 bits of different diameters), ejector arm and transfer conveyor. Machine speed and substrate loading can be adjusted to achieve the desired fill density. Quick and simple setup of the various devices allows fast pot-size changes and a wide range of diameters. Suitable for pots from 8 to 22 cm, with a 1-column pot dispenser, drilling station and a 3 m fixed-speed conveyor.

Mosa Green Tray Filler
A machine for evenly filling seedling trays with peat substrate, featuring a dual compaction system and control over substrate concentration in the trays.

Frequently asked questions
- Why is a filling machine better than filling by hand?
- The machine gives the same density in every cell and the same dibble depth. Germination and batch uniformity depend directly on that, and hand filling cannot repeat it.
- What can be filled?
- Seedling trays, pots of various diameters and containers, including large ones. A specific Mosa Green or Sedlin model is matched to the format.
- Does the machine also make the sowing holes?
- Yes, models with a dibbler drill a hole of the set depth right after filling, so the tray leaves the machine ready for sowing.
