Equipment descriptions, specifications, lead times, photographs and any figures on the site are for reference only and do not constitute a public offer — Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The configuration, specifications, timing and price are determined for a specific project and fixed in a contract and its annexes. Neither a page of the site nor a reply to a request concludes a contract in itself.

Photographs, drawings and 3D models show the type of equipment: the version actually supplied may differ.

The texts, photographs, drawings, 3D models, the selection and arrangement of the materials, the logo and the design of the site belong to the companies of the InnovaTech group or are used by us on lawful grounds.

You may freely read, save and print the materials for personal use, and quote them with a credit and a direct active link to the page of the site.

Without our written permission you may not copy pages or parts of them to other resources, use the materials in advertising, catalogues and commercial proposals, modify them or present them as your own.

The InnovaTech name and logo are means of identification of the group's companies; using them without permission is not allowed.

By using the site you agree not to do any of the following:

• interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access service areas or other people's data;
• bypass the protection of the contact form or submit requests automatically;
• create a load that disrupts the site, including mass automated data collection;
• enter other people's contact details without their consent, or knowingly false data;
• use the form and the company's contacts for mailings and offers unrelated to its business.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict access to the site and the form by technical means without notice.

The form asks for a single contact of your choice — a phone number or an email address. By submitting it you accept the privacy policy and give your consent to the processing of personal data; the full texts are published on separate pages, linked in the site footer and under the submit button.

A request is an enquiry, not an order and not a contract. We aim to reply within one business day, but a specific response time is not an obligation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact you leave: we cannot reach you at a wrong number or address.
