This policy explains what personal data we collect through the InnovaTech website, why we need it, how long we keep it and how you can control it. We process personal data in accordance with the data protection laws applicable in the countries where we operate.
Who processes your data
Your personal data controller is the following company of the InnovaTech group:
Innovatech RUS Limited Liability Company (Innovatech RUS LLC, official name: ООО «ИННОВАТЕК РУС»), registered in the Russian Federation. INN (taxpayer number) 6732238725, OGRN (state registration number) 1226700021020, KPP (tax registration code) 673201001. Registered address: office 600-1, 3 Dokhturova Street, Smolensk 214000, Smolensk Region, Russia.
Person responsible for organising personal data processing: Director of Innovatech RUS LLC Aleksey Nikolaevich Pavlov (innovatech-rus@mail.ru, +7 910 110 73 77).
For any question about how we handle your data, write to innovatech-rus@mail.ru.
What data we collect
From the contact form we receive one contact of your choice — either a phone number or an email address. The form asks for nothing else: it has no name field and no message field. Together with that contact, the enquiry automatically carries technical details of your visit: the address of the page the form was submitted from, the interface language, the referrer (where you came from), campaign UTM tags, browser and device type (user agent), the time of submission and your IP address. The IP address is used only to protect the form from automated submissions and is not written to the enquiry log. The remaining technical details are stored in the same record as your contact, so we do not treat them as anonymised. Separately from enquiries, web analytics services collect anonymised visit statistics: cookies, IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source and visit time — that data is not linked to your contact and does not identify you as a specific person.
Why we process your data
Your contact details are used only to reply to your enquiry, clarify the task and send a quote or cost estimate. Anonymised statistics help us see which parts of the site are in demand and improve its content and navigation. We do not use your data for marketing mailings and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent. You give it voluntarily when you submit the contact form: a notice next to the submit button states that you agree to this policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time — the section on your rights explains how. The full text of the consent you give when submitting the form is published on a separate page, “Consent to the Processing of Personal Data”.
How long we keep data and how we delete it
Contact details from an enquiry are kept for no longer than 3 years from your last contact — this period covers the negotiation cycle and project warranty obligations. If no deal is concluded, the data is deleted within 1 year. At your request we will delete it sooner, within 30 days. Deletion means the record is permanently erased from our systems and working spreadsheets. Anonymised statistics are stored in aggregate form and are not linked to any individual.
Who we share data with
Your enquiry — the contact together with the technical visit details listed above — is handled by the services that deliver it to our sales team. They act as processors on our instructions: Telegram Messenger (Telegram FZ-LLC) notifies the manager on duty; Google LLC keeps the enquiry log in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script; an email provider forwards a copy to our working mailbox (Resend, Inc. or our own mail server). Some of these services are hosted outside Russia and Kazakhstan, so processing involves a cross-border transfer of your data — by submitting the form you consent to that transfer. We pass contact details to no one else — in particular, never for advertising or resale — except where the law directly requires it, for example a request from an authorised government body. Separately, anonymised visit statistics are processed by external web analytics services: Google Analytics (Google LLC), Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — they receive only technical visit data, never your phone number or email.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, request corrections if it is inaccurate, request deletion, or withdraw consent you gave earlier. Send an email to innovatech-rus@mail.ru describing your request — that is enough, no special form is needed. We reply within 30 days. If our response does not satisfy you, you have the right to contact the competent data protection authority.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own: the language you selected is kept in the page address, while the colour theme and the record of an accepted cookie notice live in the browser's local storage. Cookies are set by the connected web analytics services — Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica and Microsoft Clarity. You can disable them in your browser settings: "Privacy and security" in Chrome, "Enhanced Tracking Protection" in Firefox, "Privacy" in Safari — the same place removes files that are already stored. With cookies disabled the site keeps working, but some preferences will not be remembered. The full list of files, their retention periods and the ways to opt out are set out in the cookie policy.
